8 and 9 December 2000: First General Meeting and launching meeting (Leuven, Belgium)
During this meeting, the Forum was formally established, the constitution was approved, a Board was elected and five committees were set up.

This meetng was organised in order to discuss a draft formal constitution of the Forum.
