It was announced on the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the EFRJ that Tim Chapman resigned from his membership in the Board and the Board co-opted Lucy Jaffé as a new Board Member.

Updating the 2006 Recommendation on assistance to crime victims, the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers has issued a new Recommendation providing a detailed guidance on rights, services, and support for victims of crime. By calling upon member states to guarantee access to justice for victims, the new Recommendation highlights the use of restorative justice throughout its text. Article 18, in particular, is dedicated to promote the availability of restorative justice services within Europe.

Celebrate with us this year's International Women's Day by watching for free this powerful movie about a restorative justice testimony and meeting the film director on the 10 of March to engage in a conversation with her.
