Dr. Katrien Lauwaert, the project coordinator of the EU-funded project “Desistance and RJ”, published an article on accessibility of RJ for offenders and victims of crime on the journal Panopticon (in Dutch only). The EFRJ vice-chair presented on RJ and children’s rights during the Conference on the 25 years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child held in Leiden (The Netherlands) on 17-19 November 2014.
