The European Forum for Restorative Justice is excited to promote events taking place globally, showcasing the power of restorative practices to foster dialogue and understanding in challenging times. Cours en ligne : Dernière chance pour s'inscrire !

Ne manquez pas notre cours en ligne en français, Introduction à la justice restaurative, qui se déroulera du 12 au 15 novembre 2024. Ce programme offre une immersion complète dans les principes fondamentaux de la justice restaurative, ses applications et les cadres juridiques qui la régissent. Les sessions se tiendront de 16h00 à 19h30 CET, avec des pauses incluses, via Zoom. Les frais d’inscription anticipée s’élèvent à 122 € pour les membres de l'EFRJ et à 162 € pour les non-membres. Formation à venir sur les pratiques restauratives dans les cas d'infractions sexuelles entre mineurs

Question de Justice organise une formation de deux jours à Paris les 5 et 6 février 2024, intitulée “Pratiques restauratives dans les cas d'infractions sexuelles entre mineurs : est-ce possible ?” Animée par Vince Mercer, un expert avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans les pratiques restauratives au sein du système de justice des mineurs au Royaume-Uni, cette formation a pour objectif d'équiper les participants des compétences nécessaires pour évaluer si les conférences familiales ou une autre pratique restaurative sont appropriées pour les familles avec des enfants impliqués dans des cas d'inceste.

Un manuel complet guidera les participants tout au long du processus d'évaluation, garantissant que les interventions soient à la fois efficaces et sensibles aux besoins de toutes les parties impliquées.

Moment of Inspiration

Held on October 29-30, 2024, the Restorative Justice Association of British Columbia hosted a symposium titled Catalyzing Change: Building and Shaping Restorative Justice Culture with Communities. The event aimed to address power-based harms, such as sexual and racial violence, while promoting community healing. A highlight was the emphasis on “decolonising restorative justice,” encouraging discussions on how to make these practices more inclusive and effective for diverse communities​
