The Probation and Mediation Service seeks to mediate an effective and socially useful solution to conflict-related conflicts while organizing and ensuring the effective and dignified execution of alternative sanctions and measures, with emphasis on the interests of victims, community protection and crime prevention.

The Probation and Mediation Service represents a new institution in the field of criminal policy, based on the cooperation of two professions - social work and law, especially criminal. A balanced interconnection of both creates a new multi-disciplinary profession in the criminal justice system.

Restorative School is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation dedicated to developing and promoting the implementation of restorative approaches for the prevention and effective resolution of conflicts within the school environment, as well as fostering a positive relational culture. It also advances school mediation as a distinct discipline. The organisation is involved in addressing specific cases and empowers schools and their stakeholders through training, consultation, and supervision.
