Restorative justice for children

This training aims at promoting the use of restorative justice in cases involving children in
contact with the criminal justice system (both as victims and/or as offenders) by improving
knowledge and strengthening skills of professionals working with them. Much attention will
be given to the communication process between the parties, finding a balance between
protecting and empowering children so that their voice is heard in a safely organised
encounter.
