The Center for Restorative Justice and Mediation Studies (CeSGReM) at the University of Insubria (Como and Varese, Italy), directed by Professor Grazia Mannozzi, has promoted the English translation of the Comprehensive Legislation on Restorative Justice introduced in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 150/2022. This is an unofficial translation, carried out by Nicole Landenberger and Alessandro Vaiti (students in the “Restorative Justice and Criminal Mediation” Course at the University of Insubria), and revised by Carlotta Calemme (post-doctoral research fellow, University of Insubria) and Sara Bianca Taverriti (post-doctoral research fellow, University of Insubria).
