Registration fees - Athens 2025

Thanks to your contribution to this (and other) events of the EFRJ, you support the overall activities of the organisation throughout the year. Indeed, while the EFRJ receives financial support from the European Commission and other donors, events are a great resource to provide our own contribution to our activities.

The seminar fee contributes to cover the costs for the 1.5 day seminar, such as the rental of the venue; the travel and accommodation of keynote speakers and organizing team; printed and other materials; lunch and coffee breaks and the social dinner. The fees below are calculated for at least 130 paying participants (with/ without discounts). Participants organise and cover their travel and accommodation.

The EFRJ adopts different ways to make its events more inclusive (for example by proposing early-bird discounts, or granting partial waivers to the fees, or giving special discounts to students). Please get in touch if the fee is an obstacle to your participation in the event.

• Members’ discount: Members receive an automatic discount (100 EUR) once they login to the website with their member's credentials. You must have an active membership, thus join or renew the membership before registering to the seminar. • Students’ discount: Future professionals below 27 years old who are members of the EFRJ since June 2024 or earlier can benefit from a special fee. First comes, first served-policy applies for maximum 10 students. Login with your credentials to receive the automatic discount for student members (offer valid until 28 March 2025).

• Early-bird rate: everyone can benefit from a discounted rate by registering before 28 March 2025.
• Waivers to the fee: For those participants for whom it is financially difficult to attend the seminar, there is a possibility to request a waiver to the fee (special discount). Transport and accommodation costs are not covered by the waivers. The deadline to submit the application is 28 February 2025. The main criteria for the selection are: motivation, educational and/or professional experience, country representation. Priority is given to those who are EFRJ members from June 2024 or earlier, but everyone is welcome to apply. We will evaluate each request and inform you about the results within two weeks after the deadline. In case of negative response, the early bird fee applies.
