EFRJ members’ discount

EFRJ members enjoy a €100 discount on the registration fee.

  • Already a EFRJ member? The discount is applied automatically when you log in to the website with your credentials. Just make sure your 2026 membership is active (new or renewed) before registering.
  • Not a EFRJ member yet? You are very welcome to join! Becoming an EFRJ member gives you access to the discounted rate and many other benefits.

If you have any trouble logging in, are unsure about your membership status, or if you’re an organisational member registering several colleagues, feel free to reach out to our Finance & Administration Officer, Zsofia Anda.

Registration fees

The EFRJ annual activities are partly funded by the EU Justice Programme, which requires co‑funding. The fees below helps cover part of the event costs (materials, catering, venue rental, technical equipment, speakers’ travel and accommodation, and one social dinner).

The fee should never stand in the way of your participation to any of our events. EFRJ members receive an automatic 100 EUR discount, while students (<27, also EFRJ members) receive an automatic 200 EUR discount once they login.

Others can apply to the waiver application form (below). We particularly encourage people with lived experience of restorative justice  to join us and apply for a discounted fee.

Other practicalities

Payment Info

  • Online payments (credit card, PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact) via Mollie.
  • Bank transfer within 3 working days to the KBC Bank account of the EFRJ (use payment reference from confirmation email; for international payments, select ‘Shared Costs (SHA)’):
    IBAN: BE35 4310 7636 5137
    BIC: KREDBEBB

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before 15 May 2026: refund of 70%. After (only for a ’vis major’ reason, with proof): voucher up to 50% for a future EFRJ event. Best is to transfer your registration to another participant (free of charge, until 15 May).
  • The EFRJ is not responsible for other costs (flights, accommodation); we recommend checking cancellation policies.

Invitation letter

  • If you need a visa, our local organisers can provide an invitation letter once registration is complete and payment is received. If your visa is denied, we will issue a full refund.

Discounted tickets/ waivers to the fee

The EFRJ offers around 10 discounted tickets for participants who may find it financially difficult to attend the conference. The fee covers conference participation, meals, one dinner, and materials over the 3 days. Transport and accommodation are not included.

Priority is for EFRJ members (since 2024), especially students, people with lived experience of restorative justice, and professionals based in Poland, but everyone is welcomed to apply.

Selection is based on a combination of factors, including financial need, professional and/or personal experience, motivation to attend, contribution to the field, country and/or group representation, early-career or student status, and potential impact of attendance.

The deadline to apply is 20th February 2026. Applicants will be informed of the results within two weeks. If a waiver is not granted, the early-bird fee will still apply.

Not a member yet? You can still register at the reduced fee. If this is still a barrier, get in touch: the EFRJ and local organisers can help explore local funding options or provide an invitation letter for your own funding application.
