As a mediator, they facilitate out-of-court dispute resolutions. They possess strong biblical theology knowledge, applying theological insights to alternative solutions in their field. The program emphasizes professional competencies in personal and spiritual development, crisis intervention, and societal well-being. Graduates can independently address social, educational, and spiritual challenges, plan and evaluate counseling services, and collaborate effectively within teams and communities.
