  • Target audience: Bachelor students/Master students/Restorative justice practitioners (senior)/Restorative justice trainers/Lawyers, other legal professionals, psychologists, social workers, educators, and graduates in social sciences and humanities with an academic background in Law/Psychology/Sociology/Philosophy /Victimology/Criminology/Social Work/Graduates in Law, Labor Relations and International Relations. Graduates in Social Work, Social Education and Pedagogy or Psychopedagogy.
  • Study Level: Advanced course
  • Duration: One academic year/The Master's regular sessions take place three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) from 16:00 to 20:00. Outside of these hours, it is possible to participate in actual mediations.

In Week 2, the course examines the legal framework and legal issues, focusing on international and Spanish contexts. Restorative practices (Week 3) are explored through tools such as mediation and restorative circles. Week 4 emphasizes the role of the facilitator, including tools, practices, and ethical challenges. Weeks 5 and 6 emphasize practical applications.

  • Target auidience: Bachelor students/Master students/Restorative Justice practitioners (junior and junior)/Restorative justice trainers/Anyone, regardless of their level and previous experience, interested in delving into Restorative Justice.

  • Duration: 6 weeks / It is a self-paced, fully online course that allows students to work at their own pace
