Winter Academy - accommodation requests

You can let us know through this form if you have a special request for your accomodation. 
If you have chosen shared accomodation, and you would like to share your room with a specific participant (your colleague, friend, etc), please request it through this form. 
Please note that we cannot take care of bookings for additional days. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer you can request the reservation directly at the Irish College's website: https://www.irishcollegeleuven.eu/accommodation/
