Summary: This project consists of four seminars, two of which take place in Madrid and Vienna in 2017 and two in Utrecht and Trier in 2018. Each seminar focuses on a different aspect of enhancing cross-border mutual legal assistance and recognition of decisions in countering terrorism and preventing radicalisation in prisons, with the aim being to provide practical training for a broad spectrum of legal professionals and practitioners, ministry officials and officials from judicial training institutions, prison administrations and the probation services in the relevant fields
